Quick answers to common questions from our student sellers and buyers.

Sign in with Google using your official CSPC student email (@my.cspc.edu.ph), then open the Verification Center. Enter your full name, program, and student ID number, upload a clear COR or COE, and submit it for review. Once approved, you can access the marketplace's buying and selling features.

When scheduling a transaction, choose one of the approved campus safe zones shown by the system, such as the Main Gate, Library Lobby, Student Center, Green Building Booth Area, or Registrar Lobby. Meet only at the selected safe zone and during the seller's chosen availability slot.

After confirming the meet-up with the seller's QR or manual code, review the item before accepting it. If it is not as described, select Reject Item in the transaction, choose the matching reason, and confirm. The transaction will be cancelled, the listing will be reopened, and the seller will be notified.
